This morning I woke up on the couch in the house I partied in last night. Then I got up, had a little coffee and a few cigarettes, and went, do not pass go, do not collect $200, to Jay's house to watch hour upon hour of football and baseball memorabilia.
We watched at least five Patriots DVDs, from Three Games to Glory I to the 21 DVD. What really struck me about this was the fact that no one in a room full of people ever got bored with any of it. Everyone, even the people who are much more into baseball than football, got excited about certain parts of the Patriots DVDs. And at the end of the festivities, we broke out the boxset.
So much for my determination to watch all the games, all in a row, in their entirety. We put in Game 4, and cued it up to Inning 9.
