I guess we can shelve the Meriweather talk for a while. Or any other talk about NFL football, for that matter.

I was afraid this day would come, even had an inkling it more than likely would. But now that it has, I still don't know what to say, other than this: I'm mad at everybody.

yup. it's hard not to be mad at the millionaires and billionaires who are fighting over money when the average fan can't afford to go to a game. really, really hard. if this actually does lead to a lockout it will take years for the NFL to recover financially. the arrogance on both sides is pretty breathtaking. But at least we still have baseball. They haven't done anything this stupid since 94-95.
